Converter guy here! it sounds like you've gotten some guidance already. more posts from the paradoxplaza community. please head over to the release thread on the forums and upload log.txt from the converter directory, plus your vic2 save and the vic2 mod (remember to include the mod file). if you have any suggestions we are open ears, just message us here or on the forum if you have any ideas on how things should be converted. again, credit to u idhrendur for making the base of the converter, i'm just helping get it hoi4 ready. A lot of credit should go to u simsulla the creator of the nwo mod, he made a program that maps victoria 2 provinces to hoi4 which saves a couple weeks worth of work, as well as u idhrendur having his vic2 to hoi3 converter source so well organized it made the initial mod creation very easy.
