I was getting performance around the 15-20 fps mark which I don’t think is particularly acceptable in 2009 for such a decent gaming PC. I have a Quad Core Intel CPU running at 3ghz with 2 GB of ram and even on my 9800 GTX the game struggles to maintain a good frame rate at a high resolution (1920). Before we get into the review any further, let me just state that if you are one of the many who had issues with Grand Theft Auto 4 running on your PC then this is one you will certainly want to avoid.
